yes, because a simple joke that doesnt actually single out any particular ethnicity/nationality/"race" is obviously an attempt at oppressing the minorities further. the fact that you believe only minorities dress like that might hint at some inner racism, as i have seen my fair share of "ethnocentic white suburban" men dressed like that.

not every humourous observation is an attempt at racism, sometimes you need to relax and take a joke for what it is.
