    Where's the frikin' Falcon... dammit!

Oh and @ ishat... star trek is just a piece of sci-fi, whilst Star Wars is an actual documentary, so your argument is invalid.

Well maybe this is all wrong and it turns out that the entire Star Wars universe is inside a marble like in Men in Black. Which means that all the Star Wars ships are wayyyy smaller.

They are two different realities. you can't really compare the effectiveness of two fictional things. For all you know the energy uses in phasers may pass through the shields of a Star Wars vessel completely unmolested or vice versa with the lazes in Star Wars.

Except the weapons of the Star Trek universe own the weapons of Star Wars. A spread of photon torpedoes or a few disruptor blasts would take out the imperial star cruiser. Additionally, Star Wars universe doesn't have deflector shields up to the same specs as the Trek universe, so potential Star Wars opponents would be completely unprepared for transporter technology. Also, where's the Borg cube?

actually wrong on average the guns for similar size ships in the two universes star-wars is about a hundred times more powerful, now this doesn't mean star-wars is better it just means that they like impossibly high numbers.

Numbers don't lie. Your argument is invalid.

no, he was saying except as in "star wars would be better than star trek, EXCEPT the weapons of the Star Trek universe..."

rather than accept which doesnt make sense in this context. unless he was saying "I accept the weapons of the Star Trek universe..."

which is unlikely, as he believes that the statement he is making is true, so he doesnt have to accept it.

        maybe you should learn2brain

"2 military genres, they both need hate to survive."

Yes, but some of these military genres exist from a motivation for the ideal of their own destruction. The good guys.

to answer the question "why do the trekkie ships outnumber the Star Wars ships?"

it's because the trekkies are compensating for being a bunch of nob-gobbling pansies.

i just know THAT'S gonna crab juice off a trekkie. :P
