A car on the highway with a lot of flare and other crap glued to it. The back of the car has written on it, "Jesus commands if you love me obey my words then we will make our home with you john 14:23 - Read gods word daily then do what it says. Work so that you can share with those in need".

It's "flair" not "flare". The regular use of spell-check and a dictionary can stop you from appearing uneducated.
Mind you a well placed flare, perhaps in the fuel tank inlet, would be a wonderful thing, especially if the owner was in it at the time.
agreed and the person/people who write the descriptions do that often
