That fat ditch needs a bariatric hospital bed not a standard. That wheelchair looks like a standard 18" instead of a 24" which would be more suitable (notice the standard front wheels... Bariatric wheelchairs have heavy duty front wheels) and that Hoyer lift looks excessive.
