those are troops and it's common to get a squad to run around carrying a telephone pole as part of a training course or as part of their runs. with this basic common knowledge one can deduce that a) telephone poles are longer and thus heavier than the one the woman is carrying and b) in a training course the point is to beat a time meanwhile if they are running the full 3-10 mile track, that may take some time. so 20min-60min is a fair estimate. meanwhile it can't be genuinely discerned how long she's been carrying that log let alone her nationality. so if you're willing to assume she's russian we can assume she's gonna throw that log down after 10 min. c) she has it balanced on her shoulder and from the looks of her she's suited to carrying around heavy weight. point beings she's not carrying it over her head. all the work is done by her shoulder to support and her arms to stabilize.
