I think the black guy with no armor what-so-ever is more badass than two hand pistol guy...
The unbridled power of an out of control and degenerate police force that will not dicipline their officers and refuse to correct even those who kill needlessly!
Everyone else is holding rifles, and the epic guy is the one with two pistols...? Hmmm...show me a guy with two rifles, then we can talk.
This is not a SWAT team (as it is read in the description of the picture), this is a police force from Brazil.
